Earn Cashback on every paid order
1. After payment, Cashback is credited to your account—temporarily locked.
2. Once the order is delivered, it unlocks and becomes available.
3. Check your available balance in Profile → Cashback.
4. Use it to reduce the cost of your next order.
Regarding the refund of Cashback?
1. If you cancel an unpaid order, the cash applied to the original order will be immediately refunded to your account.
2. If you request a return/full refund, the cash for the returned item will be refunded to your account along with the refund. If it is a partial return, it will be refunded as a percentage of the product price.
