Cashback is a virtual currency on the Dupbuy website. You can choose to use and deduct the payment amount when placing an order.

1. You can use cash to deduct the total amount of the order when placing it

2. Cashback has no expiration date, you can place an order and use it at any time

For each order purchased, you can receive corresponding cashback, which can be viewed on the product page for cashback

1.Once your payment is successful, the cash will be credited to your account (which will be frozen at this time), and once the order is signed for and reviewed, your cashback will become available

2. Log in to your dupbuy account

3. Click on "My Orders"

4. Select the order you have received and click "Confirm Order"

Please log into your Dupbuy account and click on "Cashback" in your personal account to view the cashback.

1.If you cancel an unpaid order, the cash applied to the original order will be immediately refunded to your account.

2.If you request a return/full refund, the cash for the returned item will be refunded to your account along with the refund. If it is a partial return, it will be refunded as a percentage of the product price.
